6.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Haikou, China in accordance with the rules of Hainan International Arbitration Court. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
